Dear Sirs,

The 36^th INTERNATIONAL BUILDING FAIR SOUTH EAST EUROPE BELGRADE BUILDING EXPO, will take place on April 13 – 17, 2010, at Belgrade Fair. We would like to send you some information on the terms significant for the success of your preparations for participation at the forthcoming event, as follows:

May we remind you that before the stand mounting commencement in the Hall, you have to make payment of the space rent and obtain approval of your stand design in Belgrade Fair Design Office (the Exhibitors constructing their stands themselves). You may send your design for approval also by e-mail to the address:

In the stand mounting period, April 07 - 12, 2010 and the stand dismantle, April 18 - 19, 2010, the hall opening hours are from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

• 13/04/2010 - from 8.00 a.m. till 7.30 p.m.
• 14 - 16/04/2010 - from 9.30 a.m. till 7.30 p.m.
• 17/04/2010 - from 9.30 a.m. till 11.00 p.m. (due to the exhibit removal and stand dismantle)

• 13 - 16/04/2010 - from 10.00 a.m. till 7.00 p.m.
• 17/04/2010 - from 10.00 a.m. till 5.00 p.m.

IMPORTANT:

• After the opening hours for visitors, any electric power at the stand shall be turned off, for safety reasons.
• During the fair event, the exhibitors' car parking will be organized by zones.
• On the last event day, the truck (lightweight trucks and delivery vehicles) entry into the fairground will be allowed after 5.30 p.m.
• We would kindly request you to obey strictly the scheduled traffic system during the fair event.

SPECIAL REMARK:

The Exhibitors shall obey the time of the event opening and closing, i. e. the stand with exhibits shall be operational from its opening, on April 13, 2010, at 10.00 a.m. to the event closing, on April 17, 2010 at 5.00 p.m.
